This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “FLICK ADVENTURE” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by us. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

本プライバシーポリシーは、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けゲームアプリ「FLICK ADVENTURE」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報および関連するデータの取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. Information Collection and Method / 取得する情報と取得方法

The App may automatically collect the following information to improve user convenience, save game data, and improve services. This information does not include data that directly identifies you personally (e.g., name, address, phone number).

本アプリでは、ユーザーの利便性向上、ゲームデータの保存、およびサービスの改善のために、以下の情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。なお、これらの情報にはユーザー個人を直接特定する情報（氏名、住所、電話番号など）は含まれておりません。

  • Device Information and Identifiers / 端末情報および識別子:
    Device type, OS version, language settings, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID).

    デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、言語設定、一意の端末識別子（広告IDなど）。
  • Gameplay Data / プレイデータ:
    Game progress, items owned, stage clear history, and in-app behavior logs.

    ゲームの進行状況、アイテムの所持数、ステージのクリア履歴、アプリ内の行動履歴など。
  • Purchase Information / 課金情報:
    Purchase history of In-App Purchases (Payments are processed securely through Apple Inc. or Google LLC systems. We do not directly collect or store financial information such as credit card numbers).

    アプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）の購入履歴（※決済自体はApple Inc.またはGoogle LLCの決済システムを通じて行われ、クレジットカード番号等の金融情報が当方に直接渡ることはありません）。

2. Purpose of Information Use / 情報の利用目的

The collected information is used for the following purposes:
取得した情報は、以下の目的のために利用されます。

  • Providing Game Services / ゲームサービスの提供:
    To save progress locally and synchronize with the cloud.

    進行状況（セーブデータ）のローカル保存およびクラウド同期のため。
  • Service Improvement and Analysis / サービスの改善および分析:
    To analyze usage, fix bugs, improve features, and adjust game balance.

    アプリの利用状況を分析し、不具合の修正や機能改善、ゲームバランスの調整を行うため。
  • Ad Delivery / 広告の配信:
    To serve appropriate advertisements to users.

    ユーザーに適切な広告を表示するため。
  • Push Notifications / プッシュ通知:
    To notify users about in-game events, updates, or reminders.

    ゲーム内のイベント、アップデート情報、またはリマインダーなどを通知するため。
  • User Support / ユーザーサポート:
    To respond to inquiries and resolve issues.

    お問い合わせへの対応やトラブル解決のため。

3. Third-Party Services / 利用しているサードパーティサービス

The App uses third-party services (SDKs) for data storage, analytics, ad delivery, and push notifications. Data collected through these services is managed in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective providers.

本アプリでは、データの保存、アクセス解析、広告配信、およびプッシュ通知の目的で、以下の第三者が提供するサービス（SDK）を利用しています。これらのサービスを通じて取得されたデータは、各提供会社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。

  • Firebase (Google LLC)
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC)
  • Unity Services / Unity IAP (Unity Technologies)

4. In-App Purchases / アプリ内課金について

The App offers In-App Purchases (e.g., Stamina, Batteries, Remove Ads, Continues). Payments are securely processed by each platform (App Store or Google Play). We log purchase content and transaction IDs solely for the purpose of granting in-game items, and we do not collect or store your payment details.

本アプリはアプリ内課金を提供しています（例: スタミナ、バッテリー、広告削除、コンティニュー等）。決済処理は各プラットフォームによって安全に行われます。当方は購入内容やトランザクションIDをゲーム内アイテム付与のために記録しますが、ユーザーの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

5. Push Notifications / プッシュ通知について

The App may send push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can change (turn on/off) the push notification permission at any time from your device’s settings screen.

本アプリでは、プッシュ通知を送信することがあります。プッシュ通知の許可は、端末の設定画面からいつでも変更することができます。

6. Data Storage and Deletion / データの保存と削除

Game save data is stored locally on the device and on the cloud (Firebase). If you uninstall the App, local data will be deleted. If you wish to delete your cloud data or opt-out, please contact us via the support desk below, or use the platform features to opt-out of ad tracking.

ゲームのセーブデータは端末内（ローカル）およびクラウドに保存されます。アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内のデータは削除されます。クラウド上のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡いただくか、プラットフォームの機能を通じて広告IDのトラッキングを拒否設定にしてください。

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy / プライバシーポリシーの変更

This Privacy Policy may be revised without prior notice due to changes in laws or service specifications. The revised policy will become effective when posted within the App or on the designated website.

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービスの仕様変更に伴い、予告なく改定される場合があります。改定後のプライバシーポリシーは指定のウェブサイト等に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
